Prior to joining AR.Direct Mike served in numerous leadership roles at AMICA Insurance.

While at AMICA, Mike was committed to creating a results oriented environment based on teamwork and accountability.

Responsible for the national Amica RAP/DRP program. Mike was also responsible for all Salvage activities countrywide and coordinated Auto CAT activities.

Mike has been speaking at industry events spreading the word about customer service, DRP relationships, the importance of proper photo and file documentation, Servant leadership, team building and pre and post scanning. He is working with AMi, developing DRP centric classes focusing on Customer Service, Making the Most of Your DRP Relationships and Salvage Handling for DRP partners. Mike’s company, Hammer Insights welcomes additional opportunities and speaking engagements.
