Luxury holiday packaging leader, Antilog Vacations, has launched verified reviews services on its portal. This service will allow only verified travellers to post their feedback after availing the trip.The India based MNC has publicly shared statistics of achieving the highest percentage of satisfied customers in the Vacations industry. At Average negative feedback rate of less than 1%, Antilog betters its competition by whopping 20 times.
This data has been audited & verified by independent third party sources and made available publicly.
“Verified Reviews are a definite step in the direction of clean internet. A lot of dubious and unverifiable content poses a significant challenge to the consumer decision making. We control our supply chain and operate quite differently than other business models like Expedia or Thomas Cook,” told Martha Kelly, the Antilog spokesperson.
“Customer servicing remains the biggest challenge in vacations industry owing to multiple touch points & human involvement. Customer escalations are multiple times higher than a typical software or internet product business. Meeting Customer Expectation has been a common challenge for all companies with no single exception.”
Antilog Vacations has significantly small percentage of servicing problems than many other business models like travel marketplaces and local travel agents but this small percentage multiplied by huge number of travellers can still be a significant number.
“Every Customer is important to us. Antilog Verified reviews help us to track the exact pain points and launch a quick action. Every single complaint is resolved by a dedicated Team. However, a lot of people have tried to take advantage of an open system. There needs to be a sure shot mechanism to prevent the spam considering millions of itineraries on the portal. The first phase would be launched for the English portal and then moved to French, Dutch & Japanese websites of the group. Despite Millions of Dollars in annual revenue and high ratings, Antilog Vacations is known to make its internal affairs low key and not publicised.
