Mike and John were classmates and they usually walked home together for the primary school in which they were taking classes was not quite far away from their home. Although they had been friends with each other for several years, the difference in their personality was still evident. While Mike was the sort of child who was inclined to try new things and feel like being distinctive, John was comparatively passive, conventional and was the kind of child needed to be pushed forward to accept something new.
One day, when they were crossing the street as usual, Mike’s attention was attracted by an Airwheel electric scooter rider who scooted by them quickly like a gust of wind and his eyes went as far as he could see the rider. Then he told John that how he wished he could have had a scooter and he might enjoy stealing the spotlight as well.
“It’s cool. Don’t you think so?” Mike asked. “Not really. I doubt whether it is safe riding it. We kids are not supposed to try something dangerous.” John said. “You are mistaken. If you know more about it, you’ll understand one’s safety is guaranteed to its utmost by its speed limit. It usually gives an alarm to remind the riders if they scoot too fast. So there is nothing to worry about issues on safety.” Mike explained to his best friend patiently.
John nodded his head understandingly. After a while, he continued to question, “I’m not sure if it is hard to learn. How could one keep his or her balance with both their feet on one wheel? It seems unbelievable to me.” “Actually I’ve tried an intelligent scooter once. It belongs to my uncle. It is quite easy to control and easier than trying to achieve your balance on a bicycle. Just a few minutes will suffice to function it well,” John told him carefully, trying to courage him.
An Airwheel self-balancing scooter is not just a means of commuting on the street; it is actually something attractive and something that children regard as indispensable to be differentiated.
