The sauce will come in 2 varieties- Ceviche Sauce Original and Ceviche Sauce Superhot. It is the brainchild of B88 Corporation, the company founded by 8 alumni of Xavier University College of Agriculture in support of Fr. William Masterson Scholarship Fund.
“It has always been a time-consuming challenge to come up with the perfect distinct flavor of Ceviche for even the seasoned cooks. Thus, we are here to introduce our product to the US market that will help the American homes and restaurants with a handy readymade Ceviche for the first time. But it’s a huge step for us and we require sound financial backup for to gather and improve new equipments, cover manufacturing costs as well as the costs of distributing and marketing our revolutionary product in the US & internationally,” stated Marc M. At present, Ceviche doesn’t have its presence in American supermarkets & grocery stores. Instead, it’s mostly made by blending various ingredients for a marinade and the process consumes a great deal of time which is certainly challenging in fast-paced America.
Made from all-natural ingredients, the Ceviche Sauce uses coconut as chief ingredient but the highlight of the product is the inclusion of medically significant anti-bacterial Tabon-tabon (Atuna Racemosa).While the usual Ceviche is known to upset stomach, the presence of Tabon-tabon (Atuna Racemosa) in Ceviche Sauce addressed such worries duly.
