This is great news for gluten-free food producers; however, the problem will become product differentiation as competition grows. Companies interested in having their gluten-free products entered into the 5th Annual Gluten-Free Awards should do so by August 22, 2014. Public voting will begin in September 1st with the results coming out December 2014 in the 2015 Gluten-Free Buyers Guide.
