We Care for Humanity (WCH), a non-profit organization based in USA focusing on global issues such as Health, Education, Alleviation of Poverty, Empowerment, Peace and Green Environment has once again implemented a successful Medical Camp under its Health Program, “We Care for Health” in collaboration with MAP Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and the local government of Tamil Nadu. Now on its third year, more than 400 elders, 100 children and about 100 middle-aged locals were given treatments at this camp held last March 5, 2018 at Thrukalikudram / Kanchepuram districts, a total of more than 3,000 in span of 3 years.
The successful humanitarian project was led by WCH Tamil Nadu Coordinator & Ambassador Logesh Dhanasekaran and other WCH Humanitarian Ambassadors, doctors, volunteers and local officials from 20 villages. “I am grateful first of all to God, our creator for using me as tool to make a difference, to WCH and Her Highness Princess Maria Amor for the complete trust and confidence in me to initiate this project…, to political leaders who gave us permission and supported our mission, to all the medical doctors who donated their time and expertise…, to all the sponsors and volunteers, and most of all, to my dearest mother – Mrs. Vasanthi Dhanasekaran, who gave me abundant encouragement and support during these 3 years while doing this medical camp,” gratefully expressed by Logesh.
The camp’s ribbon cutting was graced by Member of Parliament – H.E. Mrs. Maragatham Kumaravel, District Secretary- Mr. S. Arumugam, Former Chairman- Mr. Kuppan and other politicians from different districts. With them came supply of medicine and food as well for the beneficiaries.
Princess Dr. Maria Amor, founder and president of WCH released certificates and trophies to the specialists and doctors of the camp. “I am eternally grateful most of all to my Humanitarian Ambassador Logesh D. for his dedication, loyalty and true humanitarian heart. I am very impressed by his hard work and tireless organization of this Medical Camp for 3 years. And to all the selfless doctors and specialists who came and gave their expertise, you are our heroes. Please accept my deepest gratitude and simple token of recognition,” the princess of Baloi recited.
The heroes who received trophies and certificates from We Care for Humanity are: MAP/GM, Mr. Gopi, Mr. Anand (Professor), Mr. Raja (Politician/Maritime Advisor), Dr. Naveen Brother (Police Surgeon), Dr. Sowjan (Child Specialist), Dr. Dinesh Babu (General Specialist), Dr. Suseedhar (Bone Specialist) and many more.
